Large Turnout For Board Meeting
Following the recent passage of an ordinance authorizing the Town of Lake MyKee to place a 1.5 million dollar bond on the April ballot, a number of Lake MyKee residents were in attendance at the monthly Town Board meeting Monday night at Central Bank.
Among those in attendance was Misty Matthews who told the board she was nervous about voting for the bond, but after researching the need for sewer improvements with other residents, she felt it was the only option for the town.
